Tri-M Student Summit Schedule 2025
General Information:

- All registration information is submitted directly through the NHMEA website by your school’s director. Submission of the application form serves as an acknowledgement of the rules (including the NHMEA Student Code of Conduct and related policies) regarding this event. A copy of the NHMEA Student Code of Conduct and any related policies are also available on the nhmea.org website.
- A music teacher from the sending school must be in attendance on the day of the Summit.

- The teacher is welcome and encouraged to register for the October Music Conference that is running concurrently at the same location.
Late Registration Policy

- Schools must submit registrations by the published deadline (September 19, 2025).
- After the published deadline, any requested additional registrations are subject to approval of the NHMEA advisory board.
Eligibility:
- The registering school must have an active Tri-M Chapter in the state of New Hampshire.
- Students in attendance must be a member in good standing of your school’s Tri-M Chapter.
- Homeschooled students must follow the NHMEA policy regarding Home Education Students in NHMEA Festivals and all related policies. Please contact the Tri-M Chairperson with any questions.
- Your school district must pay the NHMEA School Participation Fee.
- The teacher and students will abide by all participation guidelines and policies while at the festival.
