NHMEA is excited to announce the creation of Associate Membership options for organizations looking to partner with our association. There are a number of different options available to fit different size organizations. NHMEA seeks to build partnerships with businesses, colleges/universities, music boosters, and any other organization whose mission aligns with NHMEA.

As defined by our bylaws, NHMEA Associate Membership shall be open to individuals, organizations, institutions, and business firms. This membership shall have the same privileges as active NHMEA members except the rights to vote and to hold office (which rights are reserved to the NHMEA membership only). NHMEA Associate Membership dues shall be determined by the NHMEA Executive Board.
Please note: NHMEA Associate Membership is limited to NHMEA. NAfME (National Association for Music Education) memberships are not part of this offering.
NHMEA has two associate membership options – Limited and Full Associate Membership

NHMEA Associate Member (Limited Membership)
Annual cost to join: $100 (non-profit)/$250 (for-profit)
As a Limited Associate Member of NHMEA, you will receive:
– Recognition in Quarter Notes and All State Concert Program
– Social media or E-blast content (organization is entitled two posts on our social media accounts OR two messages in our monthly e-mail newsletter annually)
– Access to music advocacy updates/annual advocacy training session (via Zoom)
This is the perfect option for smaller organizations that seek limited advertising through NHMEA and advocacy resources.
NHMEA Associate Member (Full Membership)
Annual cost to join: $1750 (non-profit)/$2000 (for-profit)
As a Full Associate Member of NHMEA, you will receive:
– Full page ad in each issue of Quarter Notes (valued at $800)
– Exhibit table at fall and spring conferences (valued at $600-750)
– Exhibit Table for students at All State Music Festival (valued at $300)
– One Collegiate Advisor attends October & All-State conferences for free (valued at $260)
– Full page ads in Jazz and All State Concert Programs (valued at $350)
– Social media or E-blast content – organization is entitled two posts on our social media accounts OR two messages in our monthly e-mail newsletter annually (valued at $200)
The NHMEA Full Associate Member option is perfect for larger business and colleges/universities that regularly advertise and exhibit with our association. Save time by completing only one form and sending one payment to access all of these resources. The NHMEA Full Associate Member receives the items above at a discounted rate.
