Classical All-State Thursday Rehearsals Canceled

Due to a wide variety of factors and the unpredictable nature of the storm across the state, we are canceling ONLY the Thursday portion of this year’s All State Festival.

All State Festival rehearsals will begin at 9am on Friday morning for all ensembles at Concord High School. The All State Festival schedule will proceed from there as planned.

Please be on the look out for details from Sarah Evans regarding luggage drop off, hotel check-ins, etc.

We will be understanding about arrivals later than 9am depending on your district’s busing options and other factors. Please contact Sarah with this information once your plans are settled. Please do remember in your planning that, per NHMEA policy, no students may drive themselves to our events!

Thursday Large Executive Board Meeting Canceled

The Large Executive Board meeting that was scheduled for 6:00pm in the CHS library IS CANCELED. Andrea von Oeyen will touch base with folks who were planning on presenting important information that might need voting on before the all member meeting Friday.

Spring Conference Friday 4/5/24 As Planned

Our Spring Conference on Friday will be running as planned. If there is still clean up on the roads in your area being done, please take your time driving in. We look forward to seeing you!

Registration will open at 8 AM and we will have an open address in Salon A/B at 8:40.
