Instructions for using Opus Event

Step 1: Directors must create an account at audition.opusevent.com

***Students/Parents should NOT create an account.***
Step 2: Begin registering students for their audition. Use the links below to access the correct event. You may be asked to log in again. Please note – the account you create in OpusEvent will work to register students for both events. Here is the tutorial for this step.
***UPDATE – We have removed the requirement for students to enter phone number and address in the registration process. Please disregard this section in the tutorial video.***
Step 3: Prepare to audition! If your students are auditioning or paying for their audition independently, please watch this tutorial for sharing payment and audition links. If you are working directly with students to prepare their audition or the school is paying for all auditions, you can skip this step.
Step 4: Submit your audition during the auditions window. You will only be able to submit during this time. Here is the tutorial for this step. Here is an UPDATED tutorial specific to Jazz All State Auditions.
